Due to the nature of professional accounting services, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery for review and resolution.
